3D ear impression (send us 3D.stl file) physical ear impression (ship to Hisenior lab)	we will begin to process your order from your confirmed details.Usually it takes 2-4weeks(CIEM)/ 7-10 working days (UIEM)	We will shoot some photos of your Hisenior custom IEM before shipping out. And then, wait for it's arrival.

Q: My interested shell, faceplate not listed above, what should I do?

R: Please message or email Hisenior customer support and share with us the photos of the design, our engineers will help to confirm.

Q: I have special sound favor (bass+, forwarder vocal, better treble etc...),  does Hisenior support extra sound tuning for me?
