Brief Introduction

1. In-stock orders usually process within 24 hours.
2. Completed and paid orders will ship via our standard shipping method, unless you have selected a different shipping method
3. Standard shipping is SF-express for orders from HK, Macau, Taiwan and E-packet/China Post Registered Airmail for international orders.
4. DHL/FedEx/EMS shipping are optional
5. Orders with an incomplete or unverified shipping address shall be placed on hold. Please ensure to provide correct shipping address in ENGLISH while you place the order.
6. International customers are financially responsible for any local import/export fees or taxes due in connection with a purchase.
7. International repair shipments may incur import duties and taxes. Therefore, When shipping your in-ear monitors for repair, please contact with us by E-mail CUSOTM@HISENIOR-IEM.COM or message us firstly for shipping tips need to know. You will be charged for any fees incurred due to improper return procedure.
